About the founder

Jessica Jacobs is an accomplished Executive Coach using a strengths-based approach to enable C-Suite leaders of Fortune 50 companies to deliver results. She focuses on inspiring leadership, emphasizing accountability, and nurturing partnerships between business groups. She has over 16 years of experience with Leadership Development, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Team Effectiveness, and Strategy.

Through her own experience as a leader and her partnerships with members of C-Suites across a range of industries, Jessica understands the complex pressures facing today’s leadership. She knows how essential it is for leaders to care for themselves and their teams, while navigating the tides of change and bringing about positive results for the business. Jessica works with each client to identify their unique needs to ensure the best outcome.

As a mother and professional, Jessica understands what it’s like going through major life events.

For several years she has been helping new parents manage the transition from parental leave back to the proverbial office in ways that work for both the client and their teams. Helping parents find the integration between career and family is a passion for Jessica.

Jessica earned her Master’s Degree in Organizational Change Management from The New School University and has spent the past decade and a half as a strategic partner, change management professional, workshop facilitator, and executive coach.

With a unique ability to connect with a wide spectrum of executives and leaders, Jessica Jacobs has helped organizations and teams lead through change and build high performing teams .
